All products that are not available directly from our warehouse (without the blue lightning bolt) can be pre-ordered.
When you place a pre-order, we source and order the product from our trusted European supplier network just for you. There are no hidden fees on pre-orders.
The average delivery time for pre-orders is 5–15 business days. The delivery time is an estimate and may vary depending on the supplier, transport, season, the age of the product and availability. Rare, older or high-demand products may require a longer sourcing time.
We keep you informed with automatic status updates so you always know how your pre-order is progressing.
Cancelling and returning a pre-order
A 10% service fee is charged for cancelling or returning a pre-order, covering the services already performed for the pre-order (such as sourcing, delivery and handling).
If the pre-ordered product has not yet been sourced or ordered from the supplier, no service fee is charged.
If you choose a gift card as your refund method, the 10% service fee is not charged.
