Our Process

When products arrive at our warehouse, our experts carefully inspect them to ensure their authenticity. Every detail – labels, seams, accessories, packaging, and even scent – is thoroughly examined.

Only products that pass this inspection move forward, so you can be sure that the product you receive is 100% authentic and flawless.

Fase 2

Sneak Verified

When products arrive at our warehouse, our team carefully inspects them before sending them to you. If the product meets our strict quality standards, we attach the Sneak Verified tag.

Each product receives one tag: for a pair of sneakers, the tag is attached to one of the shoes. This tag guarantees that the product has been inspected and shipped by our team. In the case of a return, it also ensures that the product you are returning is the same one we sent to you.

Note: Do not remove the tag until you are completely sure you will not return the product. If the tag is removed, your return request will be denied.

Fase 3

Sneak Verified

Wanneer de producten in ons magazijn aankomen, controleren onze experts ze zorgvuldig om de authenticiteit te waarborgen. Elk detail: labels, naden, accessoires, verpakking en zelfs de geur, wordt grondig onderzocht. Alleen producten die de controle doorstaan, gaan verder, zodat je er zeker van kunt zijn dat het product dat je ontvangt volledig authentiek en foutloos is. Als het product volledig voldoet aan onze kwaliteitscriteria, voegen we er een Sneak Verified tag aan toe.

Aan elk product wordt één identificatietag toegevoegd: bij een paar sneakers wordt de tag aan één schoen bevestigd. Deze tag garandeert dat het product door ons team is gecontroleerd en verzonden.

In geval van retournering bevestigt het ook dat het om hetzelfde product gaat dat wij naar je hebben verstuurd.

Let op: Verwijder de tag niet voordat je er volledig zeker van bent dat je het product niet wilt retourneren. Als de tag is verwijderd, wordt je retourverzoek geweigerd.

Fase 4

Levering aan jou

Als alles in orde is, wordt je bestelling zorgvuldig verpakt en verzonden via een betrouwbare koerier. Je pakket wordt in deze fase binnen 48 uur bij je afgeleverd.

Geniet!

Zodra het product bij je is aangekomen, is het belangrijkste om ervan te genieten!
